A specially selected collection of nine plants - nine varieties of herbs that we hope will form the basis of a lovely spring herb garden early in the growing season.
From staples of the herb garden to more unusual varieties to stand out in your growing space, this collection is perfect for spring!
The herbs that will fill your spring herb garden:
Common Thyme - the original, traditional Thyme plant, with a wonderful flavour that will make you want to start cooking with it right away. Very hardy with beautiful light-coloured flowers.
Chamomile Lawn - this is a low-growing, highly fragrant variety that is perfect for planting as a groundcover. It spreads slowly and looks lush throughout the year.
Rosemary - with its delicious scent and beautiful, blue flowers, Rosemary is one of our favourites!
Thyme Caborne Wine and Roses - this is a beautiful low-growing variety of Thyme that provides a strong aroma and flavour from within its compact foliage. Perfect for planting in a hanging basket, container planting or being used for ground cover.
Lavender Hidcote - a traditional variety of lavender with attractive, fragrant evergreen foliage. Local bees will enjoy working on beautiful Hidcote lavender flowers during summer.
Golden Thyme - the perfect low-growing variety of Thyme for early spring. Golden Thyme actually looks better and better during colder weather with bright gold, attractive and fragrant foliage throughout the year.
Lavender Munstead - hardy with attractive silver, fragrant foliage and the iconic purple Lavender flowers, we love this variety of Lavender!
Oregano - hardy, delicious and perfect on homemade pizza. What more could you want? This delicious foodie flavour smells SO good in the slow cooker on a chilly spring evening.
Creeping Red Thyme - possibly our favourite plant within this collection, it's low-growing, evergreen and very hardy with attractive foliage that spreads slowly, making it perfect for groundcover. Perfect for planting during early spring to enjoy the floral firework display that this plant will produce during summer.

How big are the plants?
All herbs are supplied in 9cm pots. They will be freshly picked for your order. The condition of the plants is our primary concern when fulfilling your order. The foliage will differ in size throughout the season and may be clipped prior to dispatch. The herbs are not soft grown and have spent time in unheated conditions. They are a product designed not just to last a few days but to be grown on by yourselves and supply flavour for months to come.
