Really special and unusual plant.  This grows as a climber, attaching itself to supports using it's tendrils.  A  plant with an amazing history, first described by 1406 CE by Zhu Xiao presenting it as a survival food.  Now it is enjoyed as a herbal tea with a sweet flavour.  It also be added to soups and salads.
