The herbs that will fill your spring herb garden:

Common Thyme the original, traditional Thyme plant, with a wonderful flavour that will make you want to start cooking with it right away. Very hardy with beautiful light coloured flowers.

Thyme Caborn Wine and Roses - each year our stock of 'Caborn Wine and Roses' Thyme plants are covered in hard-working bees. It's so good to see.

Rosemary - with its delicious scent and beautiful, blue flowers, Rosemary is one of our favourites!

Alpine Strawberry - really fun variety that produces tiny strawberry fruits that contain a really strong flavour.  We love watching these grow throughout the season

Thyme 'Pink Ripple' - low growing variety of Thyme that looks so gorgeous in low level sunlight.  Beautiful aroma.

Purple Sage - a lovely variety of Sage with attractive purple foliage.

Moroccan Mint - a culinary, classic variety of mint with a deep musky flavour that is perfect for using to make mint sauce.  Makes a great cup of mint tea too!

Lavender Hidcote - hardy with attractive grey, fragrant foliage and the iconic purple Lavender flowers, we love this variety of Lavender!

Compact Marjoram - hardy, delicious and perfect on homemade pizza.  What more could you want? This delicious foodie flavour smells SO good in the slow cooker on a chilly spring evening.

How big are the plants?

All herbs are supplied in 9cm pots. They will be freshly picked for your order. The condition of the plants is our primary concern when fulfilling your order. The foliage will differ in size throughout the season and may be clipped prior to dispatch. The herbs are not soft grown and have spent time in unheated conditions. They are a product designed not just to last a few days but to be grown on by yourselves and supply flavour for months to come.
