It’s evergreen, it’s very hardy, it produces gorgeous flowers and it is really, really useful in the kitchen.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe flavour is quite difficult to describe until you have tried it yourself. It is vaguely minty\/peppery and absolutely amazing when added to meat or soups and stews.
