In this blend we created a hearty mix of herbs to compliment red meat. This blend is best used as a dry rub - to season the meat early on in the cooking process.
When cooking steak we like to lightly score the meet before seasoning the meat lightly with this blend. It is then important to cook the steak slowly allowing the flavour to infuse the meat.
The Meaty Mix can also be used to season red meat in traditional recipes such as Cottage Pie.
