What do you get?
In this collection you receive six of our favourite herbs to enjoy in early spring stir-fry creations. There is something to special about the weeks in the year when these varieties once again become available.
The flavours you are going to be enjoying:
Vietnamese Coriander - an attractive variety that is much easier to grow that traditional coriander. Within this variety you will find a hint of lemon and a little spice, perfect for stirring into rice dishes.
Garlic Chives - the traditional onion flavour of chives is coupled with a delightful garlic kick.
'Hot n Spicy' Oregano - perfect for adding a little heat to your stir-fry adventure.
Thyme - a kitchen garden classic that really does seem to enhance the flavour of vegetable stir fries. We feel that you can never have enough thyme on your hands.
French Tarragon - a popular herb with a strong aniseed flavour. So delicious and versatile.
Rosemary - beautiful kitchen garden favourite. Needs little introduction. Just wants to be planted in a free draining pot. WARNING: brushing past this plant will make you feel hungry!
How big are the plants?
All herbs are supplied in 9cm pots. They will be freshly picked for your order. The condition of the plants is our primary concern when fulfilling your order. The foliage will differ in size throughout the season and may be clipped prior to dispatch. The herbs are not soft grown and have spent time in unheated conditions. They are a product designed not just to last a few days but to be grown on by yourselves and supply flavour for months to come.
