A specially selected collection of six varieties of herb that we think provide the most beautiful colours within the herb garden as we approach the mid summer season.
The flavours you are going to be enjoying:
Thyme 'Doone Valley - a low-growing, variegated variety of Thyme. The foliage is evergreen and incredibly eye-catching in the summer herb garden with bright yellows and greens.
Lavender Munstead - when this classic variety of Lavender flowers during midsummer, it will fill your summer herb garden with both aroma and colour.
Lavender Hidcote - a gorgeous variety of Lavender with classic purple lavender flowers that will continue to bloom from mid to late summer.
Orange Thyme - a variety of Thyme with a subtle citrus flavour, attractive foliage but gorgeous light-coloured flowers that bloom throughout summer. You will love them, and so will local bees.
Variegated Lemon Thyme - highly fragrant variety of Lemon Thyme with a beautiful sweet flavour. The foliage looks simply stunning in the summer herb garden and its flowers are really pretty too.
Hyssop - a beautiful foodie herb, with a minty/peppery flavour but we think the flowers that this variety produces are very underrated. Blue flowers will emerge from hyssop from midsummer onwards, and they look stunning on a summer evening.

How big are the plants?
All herbs are supplied in 9cm pots. They will be freshly picked for your order. The condition of the plants is our primary concern when fulfilling your order. The foliage will differ in size throughout the season and may be clipped prior to dispatch. The herbs are not soft-grown and have spent time in unheated conditions. They are a product designed not just to last a few days but to be grown on by yourselves and supply flavour for months to come.
