The flavours you are going to be enjoying:
Alpine Strawberry - really productive variety that produces tiny Strawberry fruits that are full of flavour. Really intense, beautiful flavour and SO much fun to grow.
Samphire - we had to include this in a collection devoted to flavour! Water with salt water and the plant will absorb that gorgeous, delicious salty flavour.
Golden Thyme - not only does this variety have beautiful golden foliage but it tastes REALLY good too. Plant a Golden Thyme now, let it establish itself before the autumn when you will be using it so much!
Lime Mint – probably the single strongest variety of mint that we grow. The Lime flavour within this variety is zingy, strong and beautiful. Our favourite for early morning tea.
Garlic Chives – we love Garlic Chives. They contain all of the onion flavour of normal chives but with an added hint of garlic. We are getting hungry just writing this description.
BBQ Rosemary – this is a variety of Rosemary that contains within its foliage a delicious hint of wood smoke. It will encourage you to use Rosemary in a new way within the kitchen. It's seriously cool.
How big are the plants?
All herbs are supplied in 9cm pots. They will be freshly picked for your order. The condition of the plants is our primary concern when fulfilling your order. The foliage will differ in size throughout the season and may be clipped prior to dispatch. The herbs are not soft grown and have spent time in unheated conditions. They are a product designed not just to last a few days but to be grown on by yourselves and supply flavour for months to come.
