Every few weeks we upload a collection of our absolute favourite herbs that we adore. Most of the plants that we grow are either strange, beautiful or both. And these are our favourites. This collection will change every few weeks.

The herbs that you will be enjoying:
Lavender 'Edelweiss' - a really unusual variety of Lavender that produces white flowers. Evergreen and highly fragrant.
Oregano Hot n Spicy - all of the traditional musky flavour of Oregano coupled with a mild spicy flavour. Hardy, evergreen and delicious.
Golden Sage - attractive bright, golden foliage with a classic sage flavour. This is one of our favourites!
BBQ Rosemary - the wood-smoked cousin of the trusty Rosemary plant, this variety has a lovely, earthy flavour that is amazing with roast dinners and barbecues!
Orange Thyme - this lovely Thyme variety gives you a more subtle, orange flavour that is delicious with chicken and fish, as well as complementing sweet and sour dishes.
Basil Mint - this grows like Mint but when cooked, tastes like Basil. What is not to love!
Vietnamese Coriander - a fantastic alternative to Coriander, this perennial variety has beautiful leaves and is easier to grow. We love throwing it into rice dishes for that extra flavour!
Wooly Thyme - this is such a wonderfully unusual variety, with wooly fuzzy foliage providing highly unusual ground cover.
Blackcurrant Sage - this is one of our favourites, giving a wonderfully Blackcurranty flavour and producing beautiful pink flowers!

How big are the plants?
All herbs are supplied in 9cm pots. They will be freshly picked for your order. The condition of the plants is our primary concern when fulfilling your order. The foliage will differ in size throughout the season and may be clipped prior to dispatch. The herbs are not soft grown and have spent time in unheated conditions. They are a product designed not just to last a few days but to be grown on by yourselves and supply flavour for months to come.
