Every few weeks we upload a collection of our absolute favourite herbs that we adore. Most of the plants that we grow are either strange, beautiful or both. And these are our favourites. This collection will change every few weeks.

The herbs that you will be enjoying:
Lemonade Thyme - a wonderful variety of Thyme that has an incredible lemonade flavour in the foliage. You can almost smell the bubbles!
Orange Mint - a pretty variety of Mint with a lovely colour to its foliage and a fantastic citrus flavour.
Thyme 'Caborn Wine and Roses' - this might be the prettiest herb that we grow. Low level, evergreen foliage provides you with an all-round presence in the herb garden, but when this variety flowers during summer it is a thing of beauty. WOW, do we love this one. And so do the local bees.
Cola Plant - one of our most popular varieties, Cola Plant is a wonderful plant whose foliage has the sweet Cola flavour that is fantastic in drinks or great as a sweet fix when rubbing the leaves.
Olive Herb - this fantastic variety has bright, lush green foliage and the incredible flavour of olive when you rub the leaves or use it in your cooking.
Lime Mint - a brilliant Mint variety for drinks, from fruity tea to a cocktail. Lime Mint has an incredible flavour, you are going to love it!
Strawberry Mint - another great variety of Mint for drinks, Strawberry Mint has a lovely sweet flavour of Strawberry that is fantastic for tea, cold drinks and Pimms!
Samphire - a fascinating herb plant that you may recognise from the seaside, Samphire has a lovely salty flavour and is so much fun to grow!
Purple Sage - the foliage of this beautiful variety provides the classic and delicious flavour of sage, delivered within lush, dark and evergreen foliage. Perfect for enjoying throughout the year.

How big are the plants?
All herbs are supplied in 9cm pots. They will be freshly picked for your order. The condition of the plants is our primary concern when fulfilling your order. The foliage will differ in size throughout the season and may be clipped prior to dispatch. The herbs are not soft grown and have spent time in unheated conditions. They are a product designed not just to last a few days but to be grown on by yourselves and supply flavour for months to come.
