We wanted to put ALL of the most amazing foodie herbs that we love to grow in the summer herb garden together in one collection. We are foodies who love to grow. And we REALLY love this collection!
The foodie herbs that you will be enjoying:
Olive Herb - this incredible variety has the strongest olive flavour in its leaves that makes the most beautiful seasoning for pasta dishes, homemade pizza or Mexican dishes on a chilly autumnal evening.
Oregano Hot & Spicy - this unusual variety of Oregano has the classic flavour of Oregano with a jalapeno spicy kick. Perfect for pasta, pizzas and Mexican dishes too!
Alpine Strawberry - one of our favourites within the kitchen garden This plant produces lots of little strawberry fruits that have so much flavour and taste amazing in desserts, baking and even morning porridge!
Cola Plant - an amazing foodie variety with a strong cola flavour that smells like cola bottle sweets! This variety is amazing in desserts, drinks and even as a tangy garnish for fish dishes.
Hyssop Blue - this variety is a fantastic complementary herb, with a flavour similar to Mint with some floral notes that is perfect for throwing into a cosy soups and stews!
Variegated Lemon Thyme - perfect for use in desserts and drinks for that lovely sweet, lemon flavour and the leaves look beautiful too!
BBQ Rosemary - this variety has the most incredible smoky flavour, which is ideal for the upcoming BBQ season to season meats and vegetables. This variety is delicious.
Trailing Rosemary - this unusual variety of Rosemary spills and trails in containers and hanging baskets, and this softer stem also makes it ideal for culinary use to get that beautiful, classic Rosemary flavour!
Thyme - Thyme is an absolute staple of culinary herbs, and is fantastic for autumnal growing and cooking, making roast dinners, stews and chicken dishes so much more delicious!

How big are the plants?
All herbs are supplied in 9cm pots. They will be freshly picked for your order. The condition of the plants is our primary concern when fulfilling your order. The foliage will differ in size throughout the season and may be clipped prior to dispatch. The herbs are not soft grown and have spent time in unheated conditions. They are a product designed not just to last a few days but to be grown on by yourselves and supply flavour for months to come.
