Delivery Information

 

When will I receive my herbs?

From late March to autumn, herbs will be available for immediate dispatch, subject to their availability.  We aim to dispatch all fresh herb orders as soon as possible and in less than ten working days (often much sooner).  Please note that we do not dispatch orders on Bank Holiday Mondays, and during Bank Holiday weeks, please allow for a possible delay with your order.  

Minimum Order Total

We stipulate a minimum order total of £14 basket value (before shipping cost) per order.  With the rise in shipping costs, it is necessary to make dispatching an order viable for our family business. 

Additional dispatch information

All orders are dispatched via a Next-Day courier.  For customers in the Highlands and Islands, this is 48 hour delivery service.

Please check your delivery address carefully.

Your herbs are sent via DPD next-day delivery.  Address input errors cannot be corrected after your order has been placed, so please check your delivery information carefully to avoid errors, particularly due to autofill.  Mistakes cannot be refunded, so please check your address carefully.

PLEASE NOTE: we are sadly unable currently to ship orders to Northern Ireland.

Collection of orders

Please note that we do not offer a collection service.  Our site is not suitable to receive visitors and this is a rule that we have to apply universally out of respect to our neighbours and family.
