We wanted to put ALL of the most amazing foodie herbs that we love to grow in the spring herb garden together in one collection. We are foodies who love to grow and we are REALLY excited to share this collection!
The foodie herbs that you will be enjoying:
Strawberry Mint - the lush, attractive foliage of this plant produces an incredibly sweet strawberry flavour that is amazing in salads, desserts and drinks. It is also great in a Pimms too!
Oregano Hot N Spicy - this beautiful plant combines the classic delicious flavour of oregano with more than a hint of spice. It's perfect for adding to pasta, pizza or Mexican dishes.
Golden Thyme - a lovely Thyme variety that has beautiful golden leaves and has a delicate Thyme flavour that is perfect with chicken and roasted vegetables.
Spicy Thyme - a new variety for us this year that has the classic Thyme flavour, with a delicious spicy kick. Perfect for adding to roasted meats and vegetables, as well as an absolute classic for use in chicken and fish dishes to spice it up!
Blackcurrant Mint - one of our favourite varieties of Mint, Blackcurrant Mint has a fantastic, berry flavour that is perfect in desserts, as well as baking. It is also ideal for making herbal tea.
BBQ Rosemary - in this gorgeous variety is contained the classic flavour of Rosemary that we know and love, with a delicious, smoky undertone. Perfect for using to season meat, roast dinners or a veggie stir-fry.
Cola Plant - this variety is so much fun, with a strong, zingy flavour that goes surprisingly well with fish dishes, as well as fruity desserts. We also love to add its leaves to a herbal tea or cold drink during the early summer period.
Olive Herb - a wonderfully unusual variety, the foliage of the Olive Herb has an incredible olive flavour that is perfect for savoury dishes as well as cocktails!
Thyme 'Lemon Curd' - a delicious variety which provides a sweet, lemon flavour within its foliage. Perfect for adding to desserts, in baking or as a lovely addition to drinks!

How big are the plants?
All herbs are supplied in 9cm pots. They will be freshly picked for your order. The condition of the plants is our primary concern when fulfilling your order. The foliage will differ in size throughout the season and may be clipped prior to dispatch. The herbs are not soft grown and have spent time in unheated conditions. They are a product designed not just to last a few days but to be grown on by yourselves and supply flavour for months to come.
