We wanted to put ALL of the most amazing foodie herbs that we love to grow in the spring herb garden together in one collection. We are foodies who love to grow and we are REALLY excited to share this collection!
The foodie herbs that you will be enjoying:
Oregano Hot N Spicy - this beautiful plant combines the classic delicious flavour of oregano with more than a hint of spice. It's perfect for adding to pasta, pizza or Mexican dishes.
Golden Thyme - a lovely Thyme variety that has beautiful golden leaves and has a delicate Thyme flavour that is perfect with chicken and roasted vegetables.
Spicy Thyme - a new variety for us this year that has the classic Thyme flavour, with a delicious spicy kick. Perfect for adding to roasted meats and vegetables, as well as an absolute classic for use in chicken and fish dishes to spice it up!
Chives - one of the best herb garden staples, Chives have a fantastic, onion flavour that is perfect in salads, as a garnish and even on cheese on toast.
BBQ Rosemary - in this gorgeous variety is contained the classic flavour of Rosemary that we know and love, with a delicious, smoky undertone. Perfect for using to season meat, roast dinners or a veggie stir-fry.
Cola Plant - this variety is so much fun, with a strong, zingy flavour that goes surprisingly well with fish dishes, as well as fruity desserts. We also love to add its leaves to a herbal tea or cold drink during the early summer period.
Sage - a classic herb flavour with lush, attractive foliage, Sage is one of our favourites to use as a tasty addition to stews, roast dinners and especially stuffing!
Olive Herb - a wonderfully unusual variety, the foliage of the Olive Herb has an incredible olive flavour that is perfect for savoury dishes as well as cocktails!
Rose Thyme - a delicious variety which provides a sweet, floral flavour within its foliage. Perfect for adding to desserts, in baking or as a lovely addition to drinks!

How big are the plants?
All herbs are supplied in 9cm pots. They will be freshly picked for your order. The condition of the plants is our primary concern when fulfilling your order. The foliage will differ in size throughout the season and may be clipped prior to dispatch. The herbs are not soft grown and have spent time in unheated conditions. They are a product designed not just to last a few days but to be grown on by yourselves and supply flavour for months to come.
