We wanted to put ALL of the most amazing foodie herbs that we love to grow in the spring herb garden together in one collection. We are foodies who love to grow and we are REALLY excited to share this collection!
The foodie herbs that you will be enjoying:
Alpine Strawberry - the lush, attractive foliage of this plant produces tiny strawberry fruits from late spring onwards. The fruits produced by this plant have a lovely, strong flavour too.
Oregano Hot N Spicy - this beautiful plant combines the classic delicious flavour of oregano with more than a hint of spice. It's perfect for adding to pasta, pizza or Mexican dishes.
Thyme 'Silver Posie' - a lovely Thyme variety that has beautiful variegated leaves and has a delicate Thyme flavour that is perfect with chicken and roasted vegetables.
Purple Sage - a classic foodie flavour, earthy and delicious. Perfect for adding to roasted meats and vegetables, as well as an absolute classic for use in stuffing! It also looks pretty in your growing space!
Orange Thyme - one of our favourite varieties of Thyme, Orange Thyme has a fantastic, citrus flavour that is perfect in sweet & sour dishes, as well as chicken and fish dishes. It is also ideal for making herbal tea.
BBQ Rosemary - in this gorgeous variety is contained the classic flavour of Rosemary that we know and love, with a delicious, smoky undertone. Perfect for using to season meat, roast dinners or a veggie stir-fry.
Mint 'Hillary's Sweet Lemon' - this variety is so much fun, with a strong, zingy lemon flavour. We love to add its leaves to a herbal tea for breakfast during the early summer period.
Olive Herb - a wonderfully unusual variety, the foliage of the Olive Herb has an incredible olive flavour that is perfect for savoury dishes as well as cocktails!
Chives - a delicious variety which provides a beautiful onion flavour within its foliage. Perfect for adding to stir-fries, using as a garnish and on cheese on toast!

How big are the plants?
All herbs are supplied in 9cm pots. They will be freshly picked for your order. The condition of the plants is our primary concern when fulfilling your order. The foliage will differ in size throughout the season and may be clipped prior to dispatch. The herbs are not soft grown and have spent time in unheated conditions. They are a product designed not just to last a few days but to be grown on by yourselves and supply flavour for months to come.
