During the last decade, Urban Herbs travelled around the UK visiting food festivals and working at events such as BBC Good Food Show. This collection contains nine of the herbs that chefs at these events have been very excited about!

Thai Mint- this is a real foodie favourite with gorgeous foliage that contains a caraway flavour. Perfect for adding to soups and stews.
Oregano 'Hot & Spicy' - this variety is so much fun, producing a spicy Oregano flavour that is delicious in Italian and Mexican dishes.
Kentucky Colonel Mint - this gorgeous variety of mint is perfect for pairing with a cocktail, but it's also fantastic chopped finely onto an after-dinner dessert. You will love the aroma of this one!
Basil Mint - this amazing variety grows like mint, and when cooked tastes like Basil. Chefs get really excited about this. Perfect for adding to pasta dishes and home made pizza.
BBQ Rosemary - the classic flavour of Rosemary is combined with a smoky twist. Just imagine how good this will taste on the summer BBQ.
Chocolate Mint - lush foliage that has a sweet chocolate flavour and produces beautiful, dainty flowers during summer. Perfect for desserts, salads and Pimms!
Cola Plant - a highly unusual variety that realy does smell strongly of cola. Perfect for using as a fresh cola rub or adding to a cold drink.
Lime Mint - in this delicious foodie variety, there is an incredible lime flavour that is perfect for summer drinks but also is great in salads and South-East Asian cuisine!
French Tarragon -chefs can never get enough of this very popular variety. French Tarragon provides a delicious aniseed flavour that is perfect for pairing with chicken, fish or egg dishes.

How big are the plants?
All herbs are supplied in 9cm pots. They will be freshly picked for your order. The condition of the plants is our primary concern when fulfilling your order. The foliage will differ in size throughout the season and may be clipped prior to dispatch. The herbs are not soft grown and have spent time in unheated conditions. They are a product designed not just to last a few days but to be grown on by yourselves and supply flavour for months to come.
