French Tarragon - delicious aniseed flavour that is perfect for using to season savoury dishes. You will love how this smells as you chop into the foliage.
Hyssop - this is a really underrated herb that foodies absolutely love. The flavour of hyssop is slightly peppery. Perfect for adding to soup and stew. The flowers are gorgeous too!
Oregano - a classic foodie flavour, deep and delicious. Perfect for adding to pasta dishes or to home made pizza.
Moroccan Mint - perfect traditional mint flavour. Great for adding to savory dishes or making herbal tea. The flavour is musky, deep and delicious.
BBQ Rosemary - in this gorgeous variety is contained the classic flavour of Rosemary alongside more than a hint of wood smoke. Perfect for using to season meat or a veggie stir fry.
Alpine Strawberry - this variety is so much fun, producing tiny strawberry fruits that contain a strong zingy and intense flavour. We love to add these fruits to breakfast during the early summer period.
Basil Mint - grows with the enthusiasm of mint and when cooked, tastes like Basil. When used raw, these beautiful leaves contain a fusion of mint and basil.
Tree Spinach- highly attractive and exciting foodie herb. The young leaves can be eaten raw in salad while the mature leaves can be stir-fried. All the new growth has a beautiful pink colouring.
*We update the plants featured within this collection each week based on stock levels. This collection was last updated on 17/05/23.
How big are the plants?
All herbs are supplied in 9cm pots. They will be freshly picked for your order. The condition of the plants is our primary concern when fulfilling your order. The foliage will differ in size throughout the season and may be clipped prior to dispatch. The herbs are not soft grown and have spent time in unheated conditions. They are a product designed not just to last a few days but to be grown on by yourselves and supply flavour for months to come.
