A specially selected collection of nine plants that we rotate every few weeks. The plants within this collection must meet VERY strict criteria. They must be either strange, beautiful or BOTH.
Every few weeks we upload a collection of our absolute favourite herbs that we adore. Most of the plants that we grow are either strange, beautiful or both, and these are our favourites. This collection will change every few weeks. Below are the plants that you will receive when ordering the collection this week:

Olive Herb - our bestseller of 2024 - chefs love this beautiful evergreen plant with foliage that contains a beautiful, strong olive flavour. Great in a cocktail or for use as a culinary seasoning.
Lavender 'Edelweiss' - a highly unusual variety of lavender with gorgeous white flowers. You will love the aroma of this one.
Blackcurrant Sage - this plant really does smell strongly of Blackcurrant, and its foliage contains a fun and fruity flavour. With a lovely pink flower too, this is one of the most beautiful herbs that we grow.
Ginger Rosemary - this is Rosemary but not as we know it, Jim. Within Ginger Rosemary, you will find a flavour fusion between traditional Rosemary and more than a hint of ginger. It really is an amazing flavour.
Lime Mint - a brilliant Mint variety for drinks, from fruity tea to a cocktail. Lime Mint has an incredibly strong flavour, you are going to love it!
Strawberry Mint - another great variety of Mint for drinks, Strawberry Mint has a lovely sweet flavour of Strawberry that is fantastic for tea, cold drinks and Pimms!
Variegated Lemon Thyme - attractive golden/green evergreen foliage with a beautiful sweet lemony flavour. It also looks stunning in low-level sunlight.
Vietnamese Coriander - this is a perennial variety of coriander that is incredibly easy to grow and has a citrus kick to it too. Coriander that is easy to grow AND has gorgeous variegated foliage!
Snowdrift Thyme - a low-growing, hardy and evergreen variety of Thyme, with low-level attractive foliage but also the promise of beautiful white flowers that will emerge during summer.

How big are the plants?
All herbs are supplied in 9cm pots. They will be freshly picked for your order. The condition of the plants is our primary concern when fulfilling your order. The foliage will differ in size throughout the season and may be clipped prior to dispatch. The herbs are not soft-grown and have spent time in unheated conditions. They are a product designed not just to last a few days but to be grown on by yourselves and supply flavour for months to come.
