What do you get?
A specially selected collection of nine plants that we rotate every few weeks, as the plants within this collection must meet VERY strict criteria. They must be either strange, beautiful or BOTH.
Every few weeks we bring together a collection of our absolute favourite herbs that always get people talking. Whether it's an unusual flavour, stunning foliage, vibrant colours or a plant that simply makes people say "I've never seen that before!", these are the varieties that deserve a place in every herb garden. Below are the plants that you will receive when ordering the collection this week!
The herbs that you will be enjoying:
Garlic Chives – a wonderfully unusual herb that combines the familiar flavour of chives with a delicious hint of garlic. The elegant white flowers are also edible and look fantastic in the garden while attracting pollinators.
Golden Thyme – one of the brightest thyme varieties you can grow, with glowing golden foliage that becomes even more vibrant through the season. Beautiful, fragrant and wonderfully versatile in the kitchen.
Basil Mint – one of our all-time favourite conversation starters! This fascinating herb grows like a mint but develops a wonderful basil flavour when used in cooking. A truly unique addition to any herb collection.
Samphire – an incredibly unusual edible plant that thrives in coastal conditions and delivers a fresh, salty flavour that's perfect alongside fish dishes and summer salads. It's certainly not something you'll find in the average herb garden.
Hugo Mint – a beautifully aromatic mint with a naturally sweet flavour that's perfect for refreshing drinks, desserts and fruit dishes. A stunning plant that's as useful as it is attractive.

How big are the plants?
All herbs are supplied in 9cm pots. They will be freshly picked for your order. The condition of the plants is our primary concern when fulfilling your order. The foliage will differ in size throughout the season and may be clipped prior to dispatch. The herbs are not soft-grown and have spent time in unheated conditions. They are a product designed not just to last a few days but to be grown on by yourselves and supply flavour for months to come.
