There is something wonderfully comforting about stepping outside to pick herbs for a meal as the evenings draw in. Our Autumn Kitchen Herb Collection brings together nine aromatic plants chosen to inspire warming dishes, seasonal cooking and the simple pleasure of using something you have grown yourself.
With savoury favourites, citrus-scented thymes and beautiful foliage, this collection is as lovely beside the kitchen door as it is useful beside the cooker.
Your collection includes:
- Variegated Lemon Thyme – Pretty variegated foliage and a fresh lemon fragrance, ideal for roasted vegetables, chicken and fish.
- Spicy Thyme – A deeply aromatic thyme, perfect for bringing a warming savoury flavour to soups, stews and roast dinners.
- Thai Mint – A highly unusual variety of mint that brings the flavour of caraway into your cooking.
- Thyme Sparkling Bright – A decorative thyme with bright variegated leaves, bringing fragrance and colour to your kitchen garden.
- Orange Mint – A refreshing citrus-scented mint, perfect for herbal teas and adding a lighter note to autumn desserts.
- Berries and Cream Mint – we love the cheeky fruity flavour of this variety!
- Foxley Thyme – An attractive golden/green variegated thyme, bringing warm colour and aromatic foliage to sunny pots and borders.
- Blackcurrant Mint – A fun and fruity variety of mint that is perfect for chopping into salad, or adding as a topping on dessert
- Tashkent Mint – as comfort food once again returns to our menu, I need a really strong mint flavour to use. And Tashkent Mint is the perfect candidate for this. It's a seriously strongly flavour.

How big are the plants?
All herbs are supplied in 9cm pots. They will be freshly picked for your order. The condition of the plants is our primary concern when fulfilling your order. The foliage will differ in size throughout the season and may be clipped prior to dispatch. The herbs are not soft grown and have spent time in unheated conditions. They are a product designed not just to last a few days but to be grown on by yourselves and supply flavour for months to come.
