Spring Thyme Collection

In this collection, you receive six of our favourite varieties of Thyme, which are ready to plant now to get established in your herb garden, ready for the season.  This is a time of year when we all appreciate strong flavours and colour within our kitchen garden space, now that everything is waking up again!

The flavours you are going to be enjoying:

Thyme 'Snowdrift' - this is a very unusual, low-growing variety of Thyme which boasts attractive evergreen foliage throughout the year, with beautiful white flowers during the season.  It is also perfect for groundcover.

Common Thyme - we absolutely love this hardy, evergreen and fragrant Thyme plant that has the quintessential thyme flavour that we all love and lush foliage that is fantastic in your herb garden!

Creeping Red Thyme - this low-growing variety grows prolifically, and its evergreen foliage is perfect for groundcover during the season and beyond. The many red flowers it produces in the summer are also really pretty!

Variegated Lemon Thyme - this plant contains all the beautiful aroma and flavour of lemon thyme, within colourful and highly attractive variegated foliage that brightens as the seasons change!

Thyme 'Caborn Wine and Roses' - this is a really pretty, low-growing variety of Thyme that produces lots of delicate pink flowers that are stunning in your growing space and a great source of pollen for the bees! 

Thyme 'Pink Chintz' - a delightful variety of Thyme that really does have that beautiful, groundcover habit and produces pretty flowers in summer.  Perfect for an evergreen presence and the foliage looks beautiful throughout the seasons.

How big are the plants?

All herbs are supplied in 9cm pots. They will be freshly picked for your order. The condition of the plants is our primary concern when fulfilling your order. The foliage will differ in size throughout the season and may be clipped prior to dispatch. The herbs are not soft grown and have spent time in unheated conditions. They are a product designed not just to last a few days but to be grown on by yourselves and supply flavour for months to come.
