The herbs that will fill your spring herb garden:
Rosemary - with its delicious scent, beautiful green foliage and blue flowers, Rosemary is one of our favourites, because it also grows quickly and flowers earlier than other varieties to provide you with lots of interest throughout the year.
Creeping Red Thyme - one of our favourite herbs, with beautiful, carpet-forming foliage that is perfect for all year round! Evergreen, hardy and easy to grow, this variety looks gorgeous within the herb garden, grows strongly and produces lots of pretty pink/red flowers as it gets warmer.
Thyme 'Silver Posie' - this is a really pretty, mid-growing variety of thyme with light green/silver foliage. It produces flowers from summer into autumn, but its evergreen foliage makes it perfect for use as groundcover in a pot, container or hanging basket.
Lavender 'Vienco Early White' - hardy with attractive silver, fragrant foliage and the unusual white Lavender flowers, we love this variety and the bees will too in the early spring!
Rose Thyme - we absolutely love this variety of Thyme, as it is a hardy, evergreen and floral-scented plant that bushes up really nicely in the garden to be a presence all year round! You will get lots of beautiful little flowers in summer too!
Golden Thyme - this delightful, mid-growing variety of Thyme is perfect for some stunning colour throughout the year, with its bushy foliage giving a delightful aroma too.
BBQ Rosemary - this variety is fantastic as it grows prolifically, and its evergreen foliage is so pretty in the garden. It is also slightly different from its traditional cousin, as it has a smoky flavour that is amazing with a roast dinner or a stew.
Orange Thyme - this variety of Thyme is just beautiful, as the foliage has an amazing, citrus scent and produces dainty white flowers too! This plants adds a pop of colour to your growing space, being a constant presence during the winter months and producing delightful flowers in the summer!
Golden Oregano - a hardy herb variety that is evergreen throughout the year and gives a lovely fragrance as you walk past, with bright gold foliage that really stands out all year round!

How big are the plants?
All herbs are supplied in 9cm pots. They will be freshly picked for your order. The condition of the plants is our primary concern when fulfilling your order. The foliage will differ in size throughout the season and may be clipped prior to dispatch. The herbs are not soft grown and have spent time in unheated conditions. They are a product designed not just to last a few days but to be grown on by yourselves and supply flavour for months to come.
