In this collection, you receive six of our favourite salad herbs to provide you with fresh flavour throughout the season.

The flavours you are going to be enjoying:

Tree Spinach - an absolutely stunning variety that is perfect for salads and cooking, that also looks fantastic in your growing space as it gets bigger and bigger! 

Mizuna  - Mizuna is a fantastic cut-and-come-again herb, which you can use as you need, with a spicy, peppery flavour that is just delicious. 

Salad Burnet - easy to grow and a delicious salad herb that has the amazing flavour of cucumber! This is perfect for chopping young leaves into a mixed salad. 

Sorrel Bloody Dock - Attractive, patterned foliage that provides a delicious lemony flavour.  The flavour gets stronger as the leaves age.

Garlic Chives - the gorgeous flavour of garlic chives is just perfect for chopping into a mixed summer salad.

Orange Mint - the gorgeous, refreshing flavour of mint and orange is just perfect for chopping into a mixed summer salad, and the foliage looks so lush too!

How big are the plants?

All herbs are supplied in 9cm pots. They will be freshly picked for your order. The condition of the plants is our primary concern when fulfilling your order. The foliage will differ in size throughout the season and may be clipped prior to dispatch. The herbs are not soft grown and have spent time in unheated conditions. They are a product designed not just to last a few days but to be grown on by yourselves and supply flavour for months to come.
