A specially selected collection of nine plants that we rotate every few weeks. The plants within this collection must meet VERY strict criteria. They must be either strange, beautiful or BOTH.
Every few weeks we upload a collection of our absolute favourite herbs that we adore. Most of the plants that we grow are either strange, beautiful or both, and these are our favourites. This collection will change every few weeks. Below are the plants that you will receive when ordering the collection this week:

Lemon Verbena - a fantastic and unusual variety that smells and tastes like lemon sherbet sweets when you rub the bright green leaves. This one is honestly one of our favourites!
Cola Plant - this plant is one of our stranger varieties, being a herb plant that has the incredible flavour of cola bottles in its foliage. It is so popular with both adults and kids, and it grows so prolifically too!
Strawberry Mint - this is Mint but not as we know it, Jim! This upright variety of Mint has a lovely, sweet strawberry flavour coupled with mint, making it a perfect addition to Pimms!
Garlic Chives - this variety has the classic kitchen herb garden flavour of Chive but with a beautiful garlic twist in the foliage, meaning that it is perfect for culinary uses while giving a pop of colour in your garden!
Berries and Cream Mint - beautiful, dark-coloured foliage with a fantastic berry flavour that is perfect for summer drinks and herbal tea.
Mexican Tarragon - this is one really is a stunner, and is incredibly popular with our customers for its strong anise flavour that is delicious with all kinds of dishes, from chicken and fish to egg dishes.
Aztec Sweet Herb - this is such an unusual variety, with a remarkable sweetness to its leaves! You will also love watching the colour of this gorgeous variety change as the seasons change. It's creeping and beautiful!
Rose scented Thyme - this is a seriously unusual variety of Thyme, with a bushy-growing habit, heart-shaped leaves and a sweet, floral scent that is reminiscent of Turkish Delight. This is genuinely one of our favourites!
Lavender 'Beezee Blue' - this beautiful English Lavender variety has stunning silver foliage and lots of incredible violet blue flowers that you and the bees will love!

How big are the plants?
All herbs are supplied in 9cm pots. They will be freshly picked for your order. The condition of the plants is our primary concern when fulfilling your order. The foliage will differ in size throughout the season and may be clipped prior to dispatch. The herbs are not soft-grown and have spent time in unheated conditions. They are a product designed not just to last a few days but to be grown on by yourselves and supply flavour for months to come.
