A specially selected collection of nine plants that we rotate every few weeks. The plants within this collection must meet VERY strict criteria. They must be either strange, beautiful or BOTH.
Every few weeks we upload a collection of our absolute favourite herbs that we adore. Most of the plants that we grow are either strange, beautiful or both, and these are our favourites. This collection will change every few weeks. Below are the plants that you will receive when ordering the collection this week:

Strawberry Mint - this unusual variety of Mint has a lovely, very sweet Strawberry flavour that is delicious and perfect for tea and summer drinks, especially Pimms!
Cola Plant - Kate thinks that this smells like cola bottle sweets - it really does. It's also the perfect variety for using to make summer drinks and cocktails, or using the sweet, tangy flavour with fish dishes. Its foliage is also looks flamboyant and fun!
Lemonade Thyme - this plant really does smell so strongly of lemonade, we swear you can smell the bubbles! The beautiful aroma is so lovely to brush past in the morning and tastes absolutely delicious.
Samphire - this is one of our most unusual varieties, Samphire has a lovely, salty flavour within the foliage, which comes from being watered with salt water!
Lime Mint - a brilliant Mint variety for drinks, from fruity tea to a cocktail. Lime Mint has an incredibly strong flavour, you are going to love it!
Thyme 'Silver Posie'- a beautiful variety of Thyme that has silvery variegation on its leaves and looks very striking in your garden space all year round!
Lemon Curd Thyme - attractive, evergreen foliage with a lovely sweet lemony flavour. It also looks stunning in low-level sunlight and has beautiful, dainty flowers in the summer.
Blackcurrant Sage - this is one of the more vibrant varieties that we grow, with its green foliage and bright pink flowers looking so striking in your growing space, and the smell reminds us of Ribena!
Thyme 'Caborn Wine and Roses' - one of our most popular varieties, this Thyme is a fantastic variety that produces lots of little pink flowers that look stunning in the summertime!

How big are the plants?
All herbs are supplied in 9cm pots. They will be freshly picked for your order. The condition of the plants is our primary concern when fulfilling your order. The foliage will differ in size throughout the season and may be clipped prior to dispatch. The herbs are not soft-grown and have spent time in unheated conditions. They are a product designed not just to last a few days but to be grown on by yourselves and supply flavour for months to come.
