A specially selected collection of nine plants that we rotate every few weeks, as the plants within this collection must meet VERY strict criteria. They must be either strange, beautiful or BOTH.
Every few weeks we bring together a collection of our absolute favourite herbs that we adore. Most of the plants that we grow are either strange, beautiful or both, and these are our favourites. Below are the plants that you will receive when ordering the collection this week!
The herbs that you will be enjoying:
Lavender 'Pinnata' - this is Lavender but not as we know it! This fantastic plant is a really unusual Lavender variety that has big, dramatic foliage and super tall purple flowers that look amazing in your growing space!
Thyme 'Doone Valey' - this low growing variety of thyme has gorgeous green/golden foliage that look stunning in your growing space, as well as a delicious, subtle lemony flavour.
Thyme 'Silver Posie' - this is one of the most beautiful varieties of thyme that you will ever encounter. We love it's flowers almost as much as the local bees. It had to be included in this collection.
Aztec Sweet Herb - this variety is truly a strange but beautiful variety, with lush foliage that is super sweet when you rub and smell the leaves, or use in salads and desserts for a really sweet flavour.
Oregano 'Hot & Spicy' - this plant really is unusual, as the lush leaves look exactly like its Oregano cousin, but also has a spicy kick within its leaves that you can use in all kinds of cooking!
Stevia - a unique and attractive edible plant that produces tender leaves that are very sweet, as well as delightful flowers later in the season that will help the pollinators too!
Golden Thyme - a gorgeous, hardy evergreen variety of thyme that actually turns brighter gold as the seasons pass. It smells amazing too and lights up your herb garden.
Basil Mint - this plant is SERIOUSLY amazing, it grows like Mint and when cooked tastes like basil. How cool is that?
Pineapple Mint - this Mint variety is genuinely unusual, providing a wonderful, tropical flavour within its stunning variegated leaves of green and white.

How big are the plants?
All herbs are supplied in 9cm pots. They will be freshly picked for your order. The condition of the plants is our primary concern when fulfilling your order. The foliage will differ in size throughout the season and may be clipped prior to dispatch. The herbs are not soft-grown and have spent time in unheated conditions. They are a product designed not just to last a few days but to be grown on by yourselves and supply flavour for months to come.
