A specially selected collection of nine plants that we rotate every few weeks. The plants within this collection must meet VERY strict criteria. They must be either strange, beautiful or BOTH.
Every few weeks we upload a collection of our absolute favourite herbs that we adore. Most of the plants that we grow are either strange, beautiful or both, and these are our favourites. This collection will change every few weeks. Below are the plants that you will receive when ordering the collection this week:

Olive Herb - a really unusual variety, Olive Herb has a strong olive flavour in the foliage that can be used in all kinds of cooking. The bright green foliage is stunning too!
Rose-scented Thyme - this unusual variety of Thyme has a lovely, sweet rose flavour in its heart-shaped foliage, smelling of roses or Andy thinks, turkish delight!
Cola Plant - Kate thinks that this smells like cola bottle sweets - it really does. It's also the perfect variety for using to make summer drinks and cocktails, or using the sweet, tangy flavour with fish dishes. Its foliage is also looks flamboyant and fun!
Blackcurrant Sage - this plant really does smell strongly of blackcurrant, and its foliage contains a fun and fruity flavour. With a lovely pink flower too, this is one of the most beautiful herbs that we grow.
Lime Mint - a brilliant Mint variety for drinks, from fruity tea to a cocktail. Lime Mint has an incredibly strong flavour, you are going to love it!
Thyme 'Sparkling Bright'- a beautiful variety of Thyme that has silvery variegation on its leaves and looks very striking in your garden space all year round!
Variegated Lemon Thyme - attractive golden/green evergreen foliage with a beautiful sweet lemony flavour. It also looks stunning in low-level sunlight.
Chocolate Mint - this is a wonderful and sweet variety of Mint that tastes like chocolate mint and has beautiful colour in its foliage. We love trying out this variety as we walk around the garden!
Thyme 'Snowdrift' - a low-growing, hardy and evergreen variety of Thyme, with low-level attractive foliage but also the promise of beautiful white flowers that will emerge during summer.

How big are the plants?
All herbs are supplied in 9cm pots. They will be freshly picked for your order. The condition of the plants is our primary concern when fulfilling your order. The foliage will differ in size throughout the season and may be clipped prior to dispatch. The herbs are not soft-grown and have spent time in unheated conditions. They are a product designed not just to last a few days but to be grown on by yourselves and supply flavour for months to come.
