Bringing together nine carefully selected herbs, this unique collection celebrates plants that are just a little bit different—varieties chosen for their remarkable scents, striking foliage, surprising flavours and ability to make visitors stop and ask, “What’s that?”
This collection includes:
Blackcurrant Sage – A wonderfully unusual sage with beautifully aromatic foliage carrying an unmistakably fruity, blackcurrant-like fragrance. A plant you simply have to smell to believe.
Garlic Chives – Flat, fresh green leaves deliver a delicious garlic flavour, while beautiful starry white flower heads appear later in the season, creating an impressive ornamental display.
Vietnamese Coriander – An exotic culinary herb with distinctive patterned foliage and a fresh, aromatic, slightly peppery flavour. A fascinating alternative to traditional coriander.
Woolly Thyme – One of the most tactile herbs you can grow, forming a low carpet of incredibly soft, silver-grey foliage that looks wonderful creeping through containers, borders and gravel gardens.
Sparkling Bright Thyme – A striking ornamental thyme with beautifully variegated foliage that brings splashes of brightness and year-round interest to the herb garden.

How big are the plants?
All herbs are supplied in 9cm pots. They will be freshly picked for your order. The condition of the plants is our primary concern when fulfilling your order. The foliage will differ in size throughout the season and may be clipped prior to dispatch. The herbs are not soft-grown and have spent time in unheated conditions. They are a product designed not just to last a few days but to be grown on by yourselves and supply flavour for months to come.
