Spring Thyme Collection
In this collection, you receive six of our favourite varieties of Thyme, which are ready to plant now to get established in your herb garden, ready for the season. This is a time of year when we all appreciate strong flavours and colour within our kitchen garden space, now that everything is waking up again!
The flavours you are going to be enjoying:
Thyme 'Snowdrift' - this is a very unusual, low-growing variety of Thyme which boasts attractive evergreen foliage throughout the year, with beautiful white flowers during the season. It is also perfect for ground cover.
Variegated Lemon Thyme - this is a gorgeous variant of lemon thyme with attractive green/gold foliage containing a delicious sweet lemon flavour.
Thyme 'Doone Valley' - this evergreen variety looks great throughout the year, being hardy and evergreen with gorgeous green-gold variegation. But when this variety flowers, both you and local wildlife will love its flowers too.
Thyme 'Pink Chintz' - this plant contains all the beautiful aroma and flavour of thyme with a slightly lemony note, within colourful and highly attractive creeping foliage that produces lots of delightful pink flowers!
Thyme 'Sparkling Bright' - this is a really pretty, evergreen and variegated variety of Thyme that produces lots of delicate pink flowers that are stunning in your growing space and a great source of pollen for the bees!
Woolly Thyme - a delightful variety of Thyme that really does have that beautiful, groundcover habit and produces 'woolly' textured foliage that looks beautiful throughout the seasons, but especially when studded with raindrops and frost.
*We update the plants featured within this collection each week based on stock levels. This collection was last updated on 20/05/2026.
How big are the plants?
All herbs are supplied in 9cm pots. They will be freshly picked for your order. The condition of the plants is our primary concern when fulfilling your order. The foliage will differ in size throughout the season and may be clipped prior to dispatch. The herbs are not soft grown and have spent time in unheated conditions. They are a product designed not just to last a few days but to be grown on by yourselves and supply flavour for months to come.
