Autumn Thyme Collection

In this collection, you receive nine of our favourite varieties of Thyme, which are ready to plant now to get established in your herb garden, ready for the season.  This is a time of year when we all appreciate strong flavours and colour within our kitchen garden space, now that everything is in full swing!

This collection includes:

• Woolly Thyme – A beautiful low-growing thyme forming soft, silvery-grey mats of tiny leaves, perfect for spilling over containers and softening the edges of paths.
• Foxley Thyme – A particularly attractive variegated thyme with colourful foliage that can take on beautiful pinkish tones during cooler weather.
• Sparkling Bright Thyme – A striking thyme with bright variegated foliage, bringing colour and contrast to containers and herb gardens.
• Common Thyme – The classic kitchen-garden thyme, with wonderfully aromatic foliage and a rich savoury flavour that's indispensable in autumn cooking.
• Lemon Thyme – A wonderfully fragrant variety combining traditional thyme character with a fresh citrus aroma and flavour.
• Silver Posie Thyme – An elegant variety with grey-green foliage edged in creamy white, offering beautiful year-round texture and colour.

How big are the plants?

All herbs are supplied in 9cm pots. They will be freshly picked for your order. The condition of the plants is our primary concern when fulfilling your order. The foliage will differ in size throughout the season and may be clipped prior to dispatch. The herbs are not soft grown and have spent time in unheated conditions. They are a product designed not just to last a few days but to be grown on by yourselves and supply flavour for months to come.
