The herbs that will fill your spring herb garden:
Speedy Rosemary - with its delicious scent, beautiful green foliage and blue flowers, Speedy Rosemary is one of our favourites, because it also grows a lot quicker than other varieties to provide you with lots of interest throughout the year.
Common Thyme - one of our favourite herbs, with beautiful, lush leaves and a delicious flavour! Evergreen, hardy and easy to grow, Common Thyme looks gorgeous within the herb garden, grows strongly and tastes amazing with chicken dishes.
Thyme 'Doone Valley' - this is a really pretty, mid-growing variety of thyme with light green/golden foliage. It produces flowers from summer into autumn, but its evergreen foliage makes it perfect for use as groundcover in a pot, container or hanging basket.
Lavender 'Vera' - hardy with attractive silver, fragrant foliage and the iconic purple Lavender flowers, we love this variety and the bees will too in the early spring!
Thyme 'Pink Chintz' - we absolutely love this hardy, evergreen and fragrant Thyme plant that is carpet-forming and has the quintessential thyme flavour with a hint of lemon! You will get lots of little pink flowers in summer too!
Thyme 'Snowdrift' - this delightful, low-growing variety of Thyme is perfect for groundcover throughout the year but also produces pretty, white flowers as the weather warms up.
BBQ Rosemary - this variety is fantastic as it grows prolifically, and its evergreen foliage is so pretty in the garden. It is also slightly different from its traditional cousin, as it has a smoky flavour that is amazing with a roast dinner or a stew.
Spicy Thyme - this variety of Thyme is a new addition this season, and is perfect for adding to your herb garden during the spring, to use in your cosy dishes to get that fiery, warming flavour!
Lavender 'Munstead' - a hardy English variety of Lavender that is evergreen throughout the year and gives a lovely fragrance as you walk past, as well as dainty purple flowers in the summer!

How big are the plants?
All herbs are supplied in 9cm pots. They will be freshly picked for your order. The condition of the plants is our primary concern when fulfilling your order. The foliage will differ in size throughout the season and may be clipped prior to dispatch. The herbs are not soft grown and have spent time in unheated conditions. They are a product designed not just to last a few days but to be grown on by yourselves and supply flavour for months to come.
