We wanted to put ALL of the most amazing foodie herbs that we love to grow in the spring herb garden together in one collection. We are foodies who love to grow and we are REALLY excited to share this collection!
The foodie herbs that you will be enjoying:
French Tarragon - this beautiful plant is an absolute favourite for foodies, giving you a delicious anise flavour that is perfect for all kinds of dishes, from chicken and fish to egg dishes and rich sauces.
Thyme 'Archer's Gold' - a lovely Thyme variety that has beautiful golden leaves and has a delicate Thyme flavour that is perfect with chicken and roasted vegetables.
Garden Mint - this is such a versatile plant to use in the kitchen, as it can be used to season savoury dishes such as lamb, vegetable dishes and summer salads, as well as being a delicious addition to sweet dishes and summer cocktails!
BBQ Rosemary - one of the best herb garden staples with a little twist, BBQ Rosemary has a fantastic, earthy but smoky flavour that is perfect for a roast, seasoning meats and in a hearty stew.
Rose Thyme - in this gorgeous variety is contained the beautifully floral flavour of rose that will remind you of sweet Turkish Delight! Perfect for using to make a lovely herbal tea and for baking!
Mint 'Berries and Cream' - this unusual variety is so much fun, with a delightful berry flavour that goes surprisingly well with fruity desserts. We also love to add its leaves to a herbal tea or cold drink during the early summer period.
Thyme 'Lemon Curd' - a beautiful, evergreen variety that looks stunning in your growing space and has a delightful, sweet citrus flavour that is perfect for chicken and fish dishes, summer drinks and herbal tea.
Chives - a fantastic variety for summer, Chives can be used as a garnish for so many different dishes to add a lovely, strong onion flavour. The pink flowers in summer are also amazing!
Hugo Mint - a delicious variety of Mint which provides a sweet flavour within its foliage. Perfect for Mint sauce, adding to desserts, or as a lovely addition to drinks, especially Pimms!

How big are the plants?
All herbs are supplied in 9cm pots. They will be freshly picked for your order. The condition of the plants is our primary concern when fulfilling your order. The foliage will differ in size throughout the season and may be clipped prior to dispatch. The herbs are not soft grown and have spent time in unheated conditions. They are a product designed not just to last a few days but to be grown on by yourselves and supply flavour for months to come.
